What Can I Expect From a Professional Roof Cleaning Company when I want to learn about having my roof cleaned?

When you call Ella or Chloe at our offices, they will help you choose a suitable time to make an appointment with one of our friendly Territory Managers.

Either during the day or evenings if preferred.

A Territory Manager’s Job is to look after you and your home and they will visit you at your chosen time. They will begin by measuring the size of your roof. Your roof will be inspected for the amount of moss that requires removing. There is usually more than a Ton growing up there, which surprises most homeowners. During the survey, our Territory Manager will advise you of any existing noticeable damage.

After they have carefully measured up, they will provide you with an instant fully written quotation for your consideration.

Once you decide to accept the quote, a deposit will be payable to “book in” a suitable date with our operations team to clean your roof. Your Territory Manager will also leave you with an information pack containing some useful information for you to read. You can always phone them or the office to ask any questions.

On the day of your service, our friendly cleaning team, which could be me or one of the other highly trained technicians, will arrive normally at about 8am.

We will walk around your property with you, to check everything is secure and perhaps request you to close some of your windows.

That’s fine by us, we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have with us.

During the treatment and roof cleaning process, it is highly likely moss will fall onto the floor around your home, and sometimes onto your neighbour’s property too. Don’t worry, this is quite normal, and we have got this covered, as soon as we finish up there on your roof, we will clean up thoroughly.

There will be nothing left for you to do. When we are finished, your home will be left looking truly phenomenal for you to enjoy.

You can ask us anything you like during the day, we are always happy to help you. We also love the odd cup of tea, should you have the time 😊

Your grass and plants will be fed and watered by us too. Please ensure any dog mess has been cleared up before we start as this is not something we like removing.

What happens when we have finished?

Once we are finished, the office will send you a final invoice which will be due to pay. You will then receive your fully written and transferable 5 Year Roof Cleaning Warranty via email or post if you prefer. Two days later, Ella or Chloe will call to make sure everything is still in good order and you are totally happy with the work we have done. The Hippo bags we use will be collected directly by Hippo, normally within 10 working days.
