Vermilion Cinnabar is one of Manchesters top 5 Restaurants and offers Unique food, drink and socialising experience. Designed by Miguel Cancio Martins of Buddah Bar Paris, Ken Winch of Buckingham Palace and Firefly of Hakkasan.

Seamark is a multinational company with a rich history that spans 40 years in seafood, with its own factories, offices, a huge network of processors, customers and marketing companies, all operating in their own markets in America, Europe and Asia.

Organic Stain & Traffic Pollutant Removal from the building’s cladding & facade

The external building’s cladding and facade mainly due to the buildings location had become heavily stained with organic matter and traffic pollution

A full building cladding and facade cleaning and management strategy was implemented to obtain the very best cladding cleaning results.

Seamark Ltd wanted a clean and fresh looking building as they had a large number of clients and visitors on a daily basis, the cladding was in need of a good cleaning service

Vermilion Cinnabar is located close to Old Trafford and many sports personalities and VIP guests frequent the restaurant on a regular basis.

Both buildings needed to look excellent as they had become badly stained, the cladding and facade was looking unsightly.

Solution

Test cleaning of the buildings fabric was undertaken by Purple Rhino Cladding & Facade – Cleaning & Restoration Services

The correct cladding cleaning solution was implemented and used throughout the building.

Purple Rhino Cladding & Facade Cleaning decided on two types of methods for reaching high level areas of the cladding.

Using our own 20 metre working height platform (MEWP) and utilising carbon fibre poles up to 20 metres we were able to reach and clean safely all of the Cladding & Facade on the building

A total of two specially adapted cladding cleaning vans to support the carbon fibre delivery poles and access MEWP were used to ensure the cladding clean ran smoothly, we completely transformed the look of the building and now the facade is back to gleaming white!

Specialist biocides were used to sanitise the cladding & facade and excellent results were achieved.
