Requirement

The building which consists of 45 apartments was ten years old and in need of a full gutter cleaning service together with all pre finished metal work cleaning

The buildings gutters had become full and were over flowing and the powder coated window frames and soffits had become dirty and were in need of a good clean.

The height of the building meant that access MEWPS were needed.

Gaining access to the rear of the building was difficult as there was only one gate which was only 84 cm wide

Solution

By using two types of MEWPs – A GSR 200 PX truck mounted and a Hinowa 20.12 track mounted we were able to reach and clean all areas around the building.

By utilising two reach and wash vans all areas were washed clean with purified de-ionised water.

The building was left looking good as new after only two days intense works.
