This large rendered apartment block in Margate had discoloured K-Rend Render around most parts of this behemoth of a building.

Access was difficult especially to reach and clean the render around the rear elevations.

Specialist tracked access and lorry mounted cherry pickers would be needed.

All of the buildings K-Rend Render needed cleaning and sanitising.

Purple Rhino Render Cleaning Division was contacted to sort out the massive task of making this buildings through coloured render look like new again.

The Render Cleaning Machine

Purple Rhino invented the K Rend Render cleaning machine to offer safe render cleaning services to large buildings.

Spraying the render with PR11 and then doff steam cleaning the K Rend soon made the render on this apartment building in Margate look like new.

Using specially formulated biocides will ensure excellent K rend cleaning results.

Access was an issue and we had to use two different types of access platform MEWP to safely reach and clean the K-Rend Render properly. The doff machine needs to get up close and personal to ensure all organic matter was removed from all types of Render, including k-Rend.

This Margate building’s exterior through colour render, now looks like new.
