Oracle Apartment – Exterior Building Render Cleaning Services

This modern contemporary apartment building in Brent Cross, London has lots of K Rend surfaces to make it look clean and modern.

The render was looking quite shabby in places and gave the building a look it did not deserve.

The K-Rend Render on the apartment building had mould and algae growth on the exterior walls

Difficult to access exterior rendered surfaces due to landscaped gardens, no scaffolding or MEWPS to be used to reach and clean the render.

Minimal Client disruption whilst render cleaning services undertaken.

Solution

Purple Rhino have developed safe render cleaning methods

Because the client demanded a quick unobtrusive solution for this building no scaffold or access machinery was used to reach and clean the render

Using safe fully bio-degradable render cleaning solutions which are safe for surrounding plants and shrubs. Applied by render cleaning telescopic carbon fibre poles with non drip nozzles ensure the render is safely coated and no other surfaces are contaminated.

Applying steam at height as always been difficult up until now, the Purple Rhino steam render cleaning system using non marking wheels to climb up the wall to reach and clean high level organic and atmospheric pollutants, gently from the K rend or other types of through coloured renders.

The apartments render now looks like new and the building as a whole looks wonderful.
